Annual Spring Fundraising Campaign to Support Street Angels Homeless Outreach Programs

The time of year has come for Street Angels 6th annual Singing in the Streets- Karaoke for a Cause fundraiser. Please consider donating today to help meet this year’s $100,000 goal to provide lifesaving assistance to those who are experiencing unsheltered homelessness in our communities.

Growing Need & Expanding Programs: Over the last 3-years Street Angels has seen a 149% increase in the number of people verified as unsheltered. In 2025, 1,247 neighbors were verified as unsheltered by our team. Over 19,000 hot meals and bag lunches were served, 854 showers were provided, 182 emergency hotel nights purchased for families with children or individuals with extreme vulnerabilities, and most importantly, 125 individuals or families were connected to shelter or permanent housing resources ending their unsheltered homelessness. In order to combat the effects of homelessness in Milwaukee County, Street Angels is currently providing boots on the ground programming 5-days-a-week between the Mobile Outreach and Showers of Hope programs. Additionally, the shower program is expanding with a second shower trailer that will serve those experiencing unsheltered homelessness in neighboring counties surrounding Milwaukee.

Every donation, no matter the size, makes a significant impact for those we serve. Through your support- connections will be made, hope will be fostered, programs will be expanded, basic human needs will be met, and people will be connected to services that can assist them in ending their unsheltered homelessness.

In Person Event Details: The annual Karaoke for a Cause event will be held June 27, 2026, from Noon to 4pm at Ope! Brewing Co. 6751 W. National Ave. in West Allis. The indoor/outdoor space provides seating for all and a stage for our guests, staff, and volunteers to provide the entertainment. There will be food trucks, raffles, games, an online auction, and lots of fun. Street Angels outreach buses and shower trailer will also be on display. Family friendly environment.
