The time of year has come for Street Angels 5th annual Singing in The Streets- Karaoke for a Cause fundraising campaign supporting Street Angels critical homeless outreach programs. It is our hope that you will consider supporting this campaign through a financial contribution. Your support will assist Street Angels in meeting a $75,000 goal to support our programs and allow us to continue assisting those who are experiencing unsheltered homelessness.
Expanding Programs & Growing Need: Thanks to community support, Street Angels is now providing boots on the ground programming 5-days-a-week. Mobile Outreach every Tues/Thurs night, and Showers of Hope Mon/Weds/Fri. In addition to the increased programming, there has been a significant growth in the number of people experiencing homelessness. Over the last 2-years Street Angels has seen a 120% increase in the number of people verified as unsheltered and that number continues to rise. We will need all the help we can get to continue to rise meet the need.
Impact of Your Support: Street Angels is 100% privately funded through philanthropic grants, private donors, corporate sponsors like the Kohler company, and community fundraising. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a significant impact for those we serve. Through your support- connections will be made, hope will be fostered, basic human needs will be met, and people will be connected to services that can assist them in ending their unsheltered homelessness.
In 2024 the combined compassion & collaboration of our community represented:
- 128 nights of mobile outreach
- 122 individuals connected to housing resources
- 42 Shower of Hope days (launched July 2024)
- 438 showers
- 25,691 hot meals plus 29,352 bag lunches
- 2,500 city bus tickets
- 109 hotel nights (families/extremely vulnerable)
- 56 community awareness presentations

In-Person Event Details: The Singing in the Streets event will be held June 21, 2025, from Noon to 4pm at Kegel’s Inn, 5901 W. National Ave, West Allis. The outdoor beer garden provides a stage area with seating and our guests, staff, and volunteers provide the entertainment. There will be raffles, games, an online auction, lots of fun, and delicious food and beverages to purchase. The outreach buses and shower trailer will also be on display. Hope to see you there!
